The banks just look at what the computer tells them, not to your personal circumstances. And as a first time buyer it's hard to know what to do. I had a scarred credit report from a redundancy years ago but was always careful with what I had and my work botched my tupe transfer and lost 10 month's of continuous employment. If it wasn't for the help from simply adverse I would have never been able to get myself in my forever home. The broker fee is worth every penny for all the help and support you get from them.
