We approached Simply after trying to find a mortgage through the high street lenders and failing due to previous credit problems. Daniel was honest from the start saying we had to have full disclosure if we were to be successful and almost 4 months later we have collected the keys to our new home! There was a lot of stress, I'm not going to lie, but all of the team were helpful, patient and did all in their power to get the result we needed. Patience is a virtue and we got there in the end thanks to everyone working hard for us. If these people can't get you a mortgage then I truly believe no one can. Worth every penny if you really want to get on the property ladder.
