My cat has become lost on a few occasions and the collar hasn't helped in any of these which has been really disappointing as the signal hasn't picked up.
It does help in giving a picture of his habits though which is helpful. The collar is good, doesn't get in the way and he's comfortable wearing it. Would be good to get a text to say the collar was low rather than an e-mail.
Staff very pleasant and helpful.
