What a fantastic company! MrBean2Cup gives advice on what may be going wrong with your machine and will even sell you the parts to fix it yourself. However having taken our Gaggia Brera in to them for fixing I can say from personal experience you'd be mad not to let them fix and service your machine for you. Our machine has come back like new (it's roughly 12 years old) after a very quick but super thorough, repair and service. Great communication throughout and really cost effective vs having to buy a new machine. No need to add to the throw-away culture while there are honest and super skillful companies like this one around to keep your machine going strong. Thanks Mr Bean2Cup.
