Ironically despite living right in the centre of Sheffield we are on inaccessible to fibre broadband and likely to remain so. Chris did a comprehensive remote survey of our house, asked the right questions about access (difficult - on a hill, no easy paths...) and provided a reasonable solution to bond 2 mobile phone signals together. Installation was as promised, quick and efficient. Even managed to extend range of wifi to the garage meaning ourelectric car can join the network. Highly recommended. Personal service and responsive after fit which is really reassuring.
