Never hear of CPS before, found them via Google as the battery package of our Back-UPS Pro 1500 needed replacing. The staff were very helpful and understanding, diagnosing the problem immediately. CPS had the replacement battery package in stock. I ordered it without paying any delivery charge as I felt the 3-day estimate was OK since I judged that the current battery pack would survive a few days more. The replacement battery pack came to my door the very next day! Installation was straight forward and the UPS was running perfectly after the new battery package indicated full charge (a few minutes). Thanks CPS!
