Ordered a red semi perm dye and it turned out bright PINK!!! It’s even pink in the bottle.
I ordered red because my son was killed 6 months ago and this was his colour. I wrote to your company and didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply.
Totally disappointed and will look elsewhere next time.
