I did my gym instructor and personal trainer qualifications through Body Aid, as well as Studio Cycling and Circuits. The training was both enjoyable & engaging; the tutors bringing a wealth of experience with them to help bring it all to life.
Learning support was spot on with assistance available throughout. As someone late going into the fitness industry they gave me the confidence to start out on my own. I'd do it all over again! 5*s
