Bell Group are currently carrying out our Cyclical redecoration programme that has a yearly budget of 1.2 million this is there third year in delivering this. They have always delivered the programme on time and to a good standard so that the 95% of all the work that they undertake to the properties are signed of first time all within budget. They achieve this through having a strong robust team of managers, supervisors and operatives all working very closely with there clients. They also undertake CSR projects for us the last one being a refurbishment to a playground which has lead to the playground now being used by young families rather than being abused by unwanted people.
