I thought you were so reasonable priced so ordered 2 rolls of bubble wrap some tapes and a clothes box at a special price of 59.75. For fast delivery. I received the delivery as expected With an invoice for 59.75 I was surprised to see an extra 41 pounds removed from my account . Please refund the £ 41 pound into my account or least try and explain why you took that amount. Thank this is the third time I have written to you and iwould like someone to contact me regarding this
