Ordered mobile phone spending quite a bit of money, this was not delivered, despite speaking to the so called customer service team and emailing them informing them that it had not arrived and being told just give it a bit longer. I pointed out that the tracking information had not changed at all in nearly 20 days so package was either lost or stolen they still kept insisting that I would get the package. Eventually I was put though to the complaints department who did what customer service should have done weeks ago got on to the courier who confirmed the parcel had been lost in transit. I was informed that I would get a form to fill in and get my money back. Now customer service say that I need to wait a further 10 to 15 days to get the form as they are still investigating, asked if they could put me back though to the complaints department surprise surprise this week they can't do that, they could last week but can't this week. The customer service team have the record needle stuck on I do apologise but apologising is not enough I am being charged for something I don't have and more and more interest is being added.
