Really enjoying these shakes. Bought 2 trail packs to trail out the flavours, loving pistachio , vanilla and macadamia and chocolate and beatroot. The taste changes over time too so ones that I was not initially a fan of I now like the strawberry with a hand full of frozen fruits and a bit of banana. Delivery is fast. They are great no narstees, fillers or sweeteners which was a must for me. When looking for a supliment. They Easy to make and taste good with with your favourite milk or nut milk. They are filling and work well a breakfast or evening meal, And are great after finishing shifts at work and you don't want a full meal . Also making a difference to my waist line as well as they also stop me from snacking too .
