Customer service is great and certain sustainable brands can only be found at this shop for those buying from Europe. My bag was initially lost by the post office, the credit was returned to me. Then, 3 months later the bag was delivered to me (shipping to Italy), so I contacted the staff to give them back the refunded amount. So this was my experience: there were problems due to the post office and thanks to this I was able to verify the seriousness of Naturisimo. The staff is friendly and if they don't respond immediately, they will get back to you within a few days for sure.
