Some small quibbles
- One of the True / False answers should have been put other way around. Facilitator asked True / False but answers were in order False / True. Can be confusing!
- Is there a reason / requirement why ethnicity of complainant should be included when preparing report? How do you define "ethnicity"? Can understand that would be helpful in some cases (FGM, Breast ironing) but in all cases?
