Overall I found the course useful esp. as a reminder.
However, as a colleague of mine has implied, if an employer really takes this issue seriously a more tailored approach is required to take account of quite different working environments. No criticism of the trainer but, being a natural cynic, I think this Is probably a relatively cheap way for an employer to simply tick a box and avoid facing up to its responsibility.
