At the time of writing this review, I have been using the Clarifying Cleanser C2 and the Supergel Moisturiser for 4 days, and I'm super impressed at the resulting brightness of my skin. Being in my early 40's, I've been experiencing itchy and dry patches on my face for a few years now, with no amount of creams able to prevent the uncomfortable tightness, which would lead to me scratching my irritated skin. So after my extensive research into finding the right combination of products for my face, and reading previous reviews I was counting down the days to be able to put these products to the test, as over the years from my mid 30's as my skin changed after childbirth, I had struggled to find products for my dark skin tone which didn't leave my skin looking spotty or over greasy and too shiny during the day. I made the right choice with Facetheory and had never considered using a gel as a daily moisturizer before, it brings out my natural face oils and the C2 works as a skin buffer/exfoliator despite being light and fluffy to the touch, honestly, a pea amount where needed goes an extremely long way, it will tell you when to wash it off as it activates quickly on your skin. I don't wear much makeup but if I wore foundation, this would be my base for sure. I have already noticed that my pores are visibly smaller and my skins complexion is soft youthful-looking and bright. I would recommend this brand to others, its 10 out of 10 for me and I look forward to treating my skin to more yummy products, especially as we enter the winter months when in the past it has taken a battering. Plus it's Vegan based (although I do occasionally eat meat) it's Made in the UK and Affordable too, what's not to love, I'm so happy that I found this brand and at such a good price point too. Keep up the good work.
