I was really disappointed with my lights. The colours are lovely, but the balls don't stay on the lights, and I've been meaning to contact you to discuss, and explore the possibility of a replacement set. I adore these lights, but they look terrible up as the balls keep dropping off! Please help. Is there anything that can be done please to rectify? Many Thanks, Sophie
