From start to finish, they listened to and understood my claim. I was assigned a solicitor named Kashif Rather - who kept in regular contact with me regarding the progress of my claim and even pushed for an increase in the amount of compensation I received from the landlord. After contacting Antony Hodari, a few repairs other than my initial complaint were carried out - and one as a gesture of goodwill. The initial repair I complained about is also due to be fixed, this would have been much sooner but understandably the pandemic has caused delays in major work being carried out. Overall I would use Antony Hodari again and recommend them to family and friends.
