Elizabeth, my tutor was always just a phone call away . Due to covid my course took longer, as observations couldn’t be conducted. I was granted an extension. Unfortunately, this was exhausted before my observations were completed. Therefore I had to pay additional monthly fees.
Overall, a very good course which I would recommend
