Things change and events can lead to providers not meeting their own high standards but its what they do when things go wrong that matters.
The course I started did not get of to a great start due to assessors leaving then another getting ill. However, the support I got from the team was very professional. I had the option to continue and I am confident that they would have supported me through the course, but circumstances led me to find alternative arrangements receive a full refund.
