I attended one of Rob's Social Media Workshops today. I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge Rob managed to impart over a period of 4 hours - actually it seemed like a couple of hours, not 4, which I think is a reflection of the degree of engagement achieved. He is doubtless quite an authority on the subject, covering a broad range of social media areas and answering impromptu questions with clarity, clearly based on a good deal of expertise. I'd highly recommend Rob to those who would like to understand how to harness "Social Media" for commercial benefit.
