Anna I ordered my telescopic 410 star plus branches cutter on 27th Nov 2021 Saturday. The tool is produced by Gardena in Germany. The price of the tool on World Watering website was better then on Amazon and World of Watering offered free delivery. I received the item today on 2nd Nov Thursday morning by courier so almost within promised 3 working days time. I telephoned Customer Services today morning as my item did not show on Courier tracking. They responded without long waiting queue and told me the product was on the way and I should receive it today! Indeed couple of minutes after this courier called and left the item in my porch as I asked. As I have seen him, he checked that he delivered to correct person. I unpacked the tool and used it to cutting branches. It worked very well in minimum length and while extended. The gears inside the cutting head indeed make job easier. All worked well, the cutting blades, the hook for pulling branches and setting tool height. It look branches were cut up to 32 mm as advertised. I did not tried it to different type of trees. I as a woman, found this tool very useful and hope to use it more. I cut today wall of kiwi branches which grew to the roof top. My only technical comment is that the minimum tool length could have been 30-40 cm shorter and this would make it more comfortable to use it, i.e. reach the branches and pull the lever on the bottom. It worked for me but it would be more comfortable as I had to spread my arms quite wide across to pull the lever on the bottom and was thinking tool was designed for very big man with long arms. While reading review before purchasing someone has made similar comment to myself. However I managed to do the cutting without involving anyone to help me! So it was good shopping experience with World of Watering! Genuine website, all worked as it suppose to, accessible by phone Customer Services when in need! I am very satisfied customer!
