After ordering some free samples to check colour etc, we bought 40m2 of tongue and groove oak engineered wood flooring for our conservatory and kitchen. The product itself is fantastic and looks amazing. The buying and delivery experience was great as well. WandB were cheaper than a number of other places we looked, and delivery to our area was only on specific days of the week, but this was no real issue. Email and phone contact was great, and the delivery driver was in contact a number of times on the day also. In summary, excellent product and good service from the company, make sure you order enough as delivery is charged by the drop, not by the size of your order.
