The survey was very professional and provided an instant estimate . After a delayed start on site the preparation and damp proof installation were carried out very promptly and cleanly by Grant but whoever was supposed to organise the plaster repairs forgot all about it. We expected the plasterer to arrive first thing on Monday morning but had eventually to ask Ross the surveyor on Tuesday morning to intervene. He phoned back to let us know the office would be in touch to say when the plasterer would arrive but a whole day has again passed without any such information.

It is quite unacceptable to leave us without our bedroom indefinitely.
