The lady on the phone was so helpful , asked about a camera bag , what I asked for was not right in her opinion, so took her advice, the said very nice lady even went into the store room with tape measure, to see if bag was right size for what I wanted , excellent service , bag arrived safe , all gear fits in great, thanks again nice lady deserves a pay rise !
