Enquired about an out of stock item on Black Friday, Sara Penwarden emailed me back before the store had opened and informed me she had found the item at another store. She said she would email me back if the item was still in stock when the other store had opened. 0900am received an email confirming stock, colour and all other details plus options. After completing the order I received my goods by next working day.
