Very happy with the experience of buying a new camera and part exchanging the old one. All of this was done on-line. Normally I would go in person to a Wilkinson shop, but not possible during lockdown. However, the whole on-line process was done quickly and efficiently by email and BACS transfer and the new camera (Nikon Z6 ii) arrived very quickly.
