The most awful experience... if you are thinking about having a kitchen/ bathroom fitted with Wickes please DONT do it . Save yourself a lot of grief and choose a company that knows what they are doing.
Oh and find a company when mistakes are made they know how to apologise and rectify the situation rather than call you a liar and not resolve the situation.
