If I could give Abraham 6/5 I most certainly would. Quick backdrop on my mac issue. I've got a MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015) (I know somewhat old) but has served its purpose. Started to experience issues with charging. To the point in which I would have to keep the laptop charged and if I was to unplug the charger it would shutdown completely. Had this issue for about a week. Before contacting We Hire Mac, I opted to give iSmash a try. The one in Stratford. Managed to reserve a booking slot easily. Went next day. Showed the guy my laptop and explained what the issue was. His exact words were "ITS NOT A BATTERY ISSUES. ITS A MOTHERBOARD ISSUE. WE CANNOT FIX IT. YOU WILL HAVE TO TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE" Of course I was gutted with what was said. So i went home, done a google search and found We Hire Mac. I live down the road from the shop so I went in. Was immediately welcomed by Abraham. He spent a solid 30 minutes looking at the mac, trying a few things and came to the conclusion that it WAS A BATTERY ISSUE. We looked at the cycle count. He even opened the mac in front of me. He managed to fix the problem then and there, explained what the issue was, gave me warranty on the new battery, gave his recommendation with the current OS system in use plus more. Ended up spending about 45 minutes with the kind chap, we had banter and I left there with a working laptop. The cost was also VERY reasonable. VERY! Normally fixing it would be a 12 hour turnaround which isn't too bad at all. But like I mentioned, he managed to fix it then and there. There is a reason why We Hire Mac has an outstanding reputation. Highly recommend if you have any laptop issues. Once again thank you so much Abraham.
