Fleur at the Chelmsford store was super helpful and totally put me at ease. She helped me try on several dresses and did not try to pressure me into making a purchase at all. As it turned out, I did find my dress that day - the beautiful Alice! The one I tried on was too small and they did not have the next size up in Chelmsford, but the staff were able to locate it at another store, and I was able to get it shipped to Chelmsford to collect. When I did collect, I got to try it on again, and the staff said I could keep going back to try it on if I liked!! Everyone was so lovely, but particular thanks to Fleur for making the experience so special!
