Went to Swindon store and was helped by a lovely girl called Lucy. She made me feel comfortable and special and had a lot of knowledge about every dress and accessory I tried on. She was very friendly towards both my sisters and mum too. Ended up saying yes to the dress and lots of tears!!! Thank you :) Emma x
