Baught a dress last week and I took it to get altered all the buttons were loose and some had fallen off, poor quality wouldnt recommend it could have ruined my wedding day if I hadnt taken it in to get altered.
The staff were polite and helpful in the middlesbrough store however should have been honest about all the loose fabric and buttons, I was devastated.
