although buying my dress wasnt a bad experience although i did feel slightly rushed
the returns policy however was not good, i only had 14 days and was away abroad for much of that 14 days so could not return or exchange within the time frame although offered a slight extension my flight was delayed and unable to make the cut off date when i phoned to discuss was told the 14 days had expired
