I visited your Bournemouth store yesterday with my friend. It was the first time I had been into a wedding dress shop and I was feeling very nervous but your lovely consultant Victoria was completely AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable, explained everything brilliantly and I found my perfect dress with the third one I tried on.
