I went in to the Manchester store yesterday having never tried on a wedding dress and not really sure where to start. Livia’s expert knowledge and friendliness made me feel at ease and helped me make my decision. I felt really awkward but Livia made me feel like I was there with one of my friends. I bought a dress after I was made to feel like a princess.
