Have arranged a collection for two parcels twice and no one has shown up. No courtesy call to let me know what is going on. Rang the customer services who said it is on their system but as I say no one has turned up. Also read on other reviews that quoted offers aren't honoured due to condition being bad in transit or various items missing in packages. I give up, probably better to sell on ebay.
