Received out hot tub 3 weeks earlier than expected which was great as it was here in time for my birthday. Set up is so easy & it looks great. I had a slight problem where we couldn’t find the filter & housing but I emailed customer service & after receiving the automated reply with some tips, we found the parts. Customer service even emailed me back half an hour later to check everything was ok. Excellent service & I would highly recommend
