There was a mistake, noticed when the butts arrived. Mistakes happen, it happened at source, not at WBD. A good company is good because of the way they handle problems, things happen. WBD, Daniel, did a sterling job, I was completely happy. I have used WBD previously 9 years ago and the pillar butts looked as good after 9 years as at the beginning.
