I got my documents processed . Staff were helpful and responsive.
However there was a delay as I hadn’t filled out a certain form which I had missed in the many emails between me and the admin staff . It delayed my application and therefore my job start start significantly .
A reminder much earlier to fill certain forms would have been really helpful.
. It wasn't a cheap service so even a telephone call is to discuss the various processes would take would have been really helpful .
Otherwise all good.
