Wow...now this IS service. Placed order (first of many I hope) with VP. Received a call from a very helpful assistant (Emily I think) who advised that certain parts were not available and provided guidance on alternatives. These turned out to be just fine. All products were of excellent quality and delivered very promptly. Finished the job ahead of schedule making me and my customer very happy.
