The fact that anApple iPad doesn'tallow Adobe flash made the course more complicated to access. No mention was made in the introduction , making a phone call necessary. The password sent failed to connect making a second call required then having to go back to an email was time consuming. A third call was required and again another email to allow a PFD file to enable the final certificate to be printed. All very frustrating and time consuming.
