I have a vitodens 100 boiler and it seems as though the Vitodens team is loath to help you if you need technical advice. My boiler is not that economic so whats with all th BS about cutting fuel bills in half etc.
Technicians who have serviced my boiler also comment on the lack of help from the Vitodens team. Viessman also make the most complicated timing/temperature control known to man. I am computer savvy and find it difficult.
