Watch this company. The software is good, but the company's policies are cold and hard. They automatically set up annual recurring payments and if you don't get their reminder emails or cancel beforehand, they will take your money and run. Given the current situation with COVID-19, I asked for a refund (literally minutes after they took my money from auto-renew) and told them how tough times were. I got an email back saying 'terms and conditions' and you're not getting a refund. COld and hard company policies. UPDATE. Upon making an official complaint to Sparkol, I am delighted to say they that they agreed to refund me in full. They are being understanding about the impact of the current pandemic. I do always say I judge a company on how the deal with problems and I am pleased with their response. Thank you Sparkol.
