Perturbed by the amount of damage on the vanity unit I ordered. It does appear to me as though the scratches were on the item when it left the factory and were not done in transit, which suggests that the unit was not properly checked before it left the factory.
Also disappointed in the follow up automated responses to my concerns. I am still waiting for some contact to say what your intentions are regarding the damaged item. I shall call the recommended number tomorrow in the hope of a quick solution. J. Illingsworth
