I have an elliptical cross trainer and have been trying to get a replacement part for 18 months. Absolute joke of company for customer service. The phone message has been the same throughout this period, just says your call cannot be answered. E-mail takes forever to be answered then goes AWOL and you have to start over again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT IN THE FUTURE.
