Aboslutely awful company. Ordered an excercise bike, it arrived faulty which the customer service advisor told us its common and he would tell us how to fix it but because its brand new they will replace it. Collected and sent us another one which broke again immediately. Collected and replaced again and the exact same thing happened. We now want a refund which we cannot have after being stuck with a heap of scrap for a year. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. UTTER CON ARTISTS.
