I have jut spent 30 minutes on the phone to Veri-sure and spoke to Sheryl, a customer service agent who told me that I have a wifi issue. She thinks she is more qualified than an engineer and refused to even sent out an engineer. The worst customer service experience ever.
As a direct result, I have given notice to cancel my contract and will take my business elsewhere
