Shocking customer service. Unfortunately one of the items in my order arrived damaged. I returned the damaged item requesting an exchange. I received an email on 24/02/22 advising that the replacement item had been despatched. I have still not received the replacement and Royal Mail's tracking says that they are waiting to receive the item from USA Sports. I have not had the courtesy of a reply to my emails requesting an update. Will not be buying from USA Sports again.
