Great customer service received from the site visit through to the work being carried out. The technicians turned up to the house with all the necessary Covid-19 PPE which was very reassuring. They were very diligent in carrying out the work which was completed relatively quickly. A full explanation of the work carried out was provided by the senior technician and I felt reassured that the problem had been fixed.
