We have been really impressed with the whole Urban Village experience. They are professional, competent, extremely friendly and helpful - unusual in most service sectors, but especially so in estate agents. It has been a very smooth experience and with low fees. It is stressful enough when you're moving house, so to have this side of things to be hassle free and really well done has made such a big difference. Sarah and Julie have been excellent throughout the process and we would wholeheartedly recommend Urban Village.
